10 km. ..... half way

I managed to get through to 10 km in a little more than an hour today ..

was good progress as I just started to push myself a week ago but its really tough.... My heart is able to acclimatise but the problem is the knees and thigh muscles .. takes 2 days at least to recover when i hit new distance ...

Hope fully I'll be able to hit 14 km by the end of this week and 18 km the end of next . After that i'll have to let altitude at Mount KK to take care of the rest.

I really respect those who can make it for 42 km full marathon. It doesnt matter how long you take to finish that.. even if you can walk for that far I take my hats off for ya.

.. I might have to crawl the last few KM of the 21 and hope i Finish within 3 hrs ...

Damn....

Go go go!!! Can one... trust me... PK so unfit also made it up... my younger cousin without training also made it up (albeit torturous!). It think it was the people that made the semangat to climb on. So, for you with the constant hiking and jogging and berkayaking, sure boleh!!! All the best! =D Just make sure bawa jacket, it's cold gila... =D
